You can find PDF versions contributed by a Pro-Pakistan blogger below. Be advised, I have not yet been able to find an alternative source that has published this document on its website.
You can download the documents from the links below. The dossier is divided into two files available on link and could be accessed through the the first two links, while the third one contains a copy of the slides presented by some Indian department.

Initial Impressions
The document contains details from terrorists possessions to their activities.
I am not an expert on evaluating the quality of evidence. However, during my review I found certain aspects of the document interesting. The first is this excerpt on page 5 of the PDF document.
Now there is some ambiguity here, at least to me, it says here that "On the November 23, 2008, at 1500 hours, the captured terrorist noticed another boat docked next to Al-Hussaini."(Al-Hussaini is the first of the "motherships" used) There is no reference, where the boat was "docked" despite exact co-ordinates given at the end of document pertaining to path of journey. Also notice the "enlightenment" aspect of this part as the terrorist suddenly notices a boat and it was not preplanned but left to chance, a highly questionable aspect given the precise execution of the attacks. It is also inconsistent with terrorists attention to details as observed in Mumbai attacks.
Another surprising piece below,
The use of hindi in this document is a questionable aspect alone, since there is no background given as to if the hindi part was added by Indian authorities after the evidence was obtained or was it a part of the document. Even if the hindi part was added after it was obtained, the question is "Isn't this tampering with evidence?"
The document goes on with pictures of possessions of terrorists. I am told that the floor cleaning brush had "Made in Pakistan" written on it. So I am speechless (and a believer).
Readers may find the document a refreshing read.

First of all, some knowledge on how police record evidence would have helped u a bit. police while investigating record ALL circumstantial details, that forms part of 'body of evidence'. hence the pakistani atta and other things mentioned.
secondly, hijacking an indian trawler means that u have to wait for one to show up - thats the ONLY way it can be done. mind u thery were waiting for ANY trawler, not a specific trawler.
Thirdly, the hindi script is a translation done by police for their own understanding. why otherwise would there be a repition??? can we stop feigning 'stupidity' pls?
My dear Sachin
What part of "Isn't this tampering with evidence?" you don't understand.
Is it an assumption you make that Indian police added it? or does it say in the document?
How can I tell if it was added before or after if i am not provided the original evidence.
Plus, Pakistani people do not understand HINDI script
Waiting WHERE?!?!?!
Waiting in the high sees where indian fishermen go fishing? not that tough, stop clutching at straws.
Dear Ahmed, why do u assume they scribbled on the original??? its got to be a copy - its not tampering with evidence, but u r interested in diversions, which explifies the pak attitude.
indians KNOW pakistanis do not read hindi, so unless u want to take this argument to an irrational level, u r not seriously suggesting indians 'planted' a piece of doc in hindi now, do u? as i said, stop clutching at straws.
why will india hand over 'original papers' to pak???
My brilliant analyst friend,
pls look at what u've uploaded first. top, righ hand.
'hindi translation below' might look interesting.
"'hindi translation below' might look interesting."
My dear "intelligent" Sachin
Yes I can see that written there, but I am unsure of its purpose.
Does it anywhere say "Added by Indian Police". Can you find it for me.
"indians KNOW pakistanis do not read hindi, so unless u want to take this argument to an irrational level, u r not seriously suggesting indians 'planted' a piece of doc in hindi now, do u? as i said, stop clutching at straws."
Indian terrorists are "irrational arguments", interesting.
However, there was no reason for the Hindi Script.
I am presenting a simple fact that could be raised against the authenticity of the dossier.
"Does it anywhere say "Added by Indian Police". Can you find it for me."
if it said that then -
"how do u know its added by indian police, just because it says so? Can you show me video of indian police adding it?"
when video is shown then -
"the police is seen wearing a 'Hindu extremist band, how do u know he's not a fake police and actually indian terrorist?"
:) this is where u r going my dear, just clutching at straws like someone who's entire dreamword has crumbled around him. just not wanting to face reality.
I rest my case
:) Good choice.
The whole problem appears to be that all investigating agencies add spice to their evidence in order to make it look authentic & complete. There is also the problem to add uncommitted alleged crimes to the list of crimes actually committed so that the accused would get convicted in the "peripheral" ones, if not the main ones. Indeed, this is the bane of all police agencies all over the world, and what happened in a specific case can only be a conjecture
